iZombie Season 4 Episode 12 Review: You've Got to Hide Your Liv Away

This season of iZombie is giving me whiplash. There are moments when the arcs are frustrating; then they give us a fantastic hour, and I feel foolish for complaining. iZombie Season 4 Episode 12 was a tremendous hour that stayed true to the series' tradition of ramping things up in the penultimate installment before knocking it out ofthe park in the finale.   ...Read More...   https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/05/izombie-season-4-episode-12-review-youve-got-to-hide-your-liv-aw/

iZombie Season 4 Episode 11 Review: Insane in the Germ Brain

What an emotionally charged hour. First, I have to kick things off by saying that the powers that be heard our prayers, tweets, and pleas and renewed the show for a fifth season. I can not be happier because that means more time with this amazing gang of characters and more stories to be told. After iZombie Season 4 Episode 11 , it has never been more evident that there is so much story left to tell.  ...Read More... https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/05/izombie-season-4-episode-11-review-insane-in-the-germ-brain/

iZombie Season 4 Episode 10 Review: Yipee Ki Brain, Motherscratcher

Um, okay iZombie Fanatics. Let's get this out of the way. iZombie Season 4 Episode 10 was a colossally dullhour. It was as aggravating as it was wearisome, and that is not what I expect when there are only three installments left of the season. iZombie's ability to string fans along episode by episode while simultaneouslymaking fans forget that they have a shortened season isa blessing and a curse. Here, it's a curse, because, with so little of the season remaining, I don't know what to expect by the finale.   ...Read More... https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/05/izombie-season-4-episode-10-review-yipee-ki-brain-motherscratche/

iZombie Season 4 Episode 9 Review: Mac-Liv-Moore

Liv got bars! The most delightful part of iZombie Season 4 Episode 9 (and there were a few delightful moments), was listening to Rose McIverrap during scenes or playing in the background. The hour managed to be fun while also serving as an information dumping ground. Miscellaneousbits and loose ends that were necessary in order to move the plot forward were sprinkled throughout the installment.  ...Read More... https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/04/izombie-season-4-episode-9-review-mac-liv-moore/

iZombie Season 4 Episode 8 Review: Chivalry Is Dead

What acliffhanger! Overall, iZombie Season 4 Episode 8 was a rather bland hour as far progressing the storylines. The best parts of the hour plot-wise were the first and last five minutes. We need to talk about Peyton and Isobel! There are a handful of ways Peyton and Liv's friendship could play out after the cliffhanger on iZombie Season 4 Episode 7 . Peyton has often been the one who balances putLivby being logical and rational. She's a quintessential lawyer in that way.   ...Read More... https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/04/izombie-season-4-episode-8-review-chivalry-is-dead/

iZombie Season 4 Episode 6 Review: My Really Fair Lady

Liv Moore has taken on a new cause. The death of Mama Leone was felt on iZombie Season 4 Episode 6 . The entire underground network came to a halt in her absence, and many of her contacts and assets jumped ship. It's OK though because Liv is here to save the day!   ...Read More... https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/04/izombie-season-4-episode-6-review-my-really-fair-lady/

iZombie Season 4 Episode 5 Review: Goon Struck

Wow. Let iZombie Season 4 Episode 5 be known as the game-changer hour for the New Seattle. Who would have thought an installment that teased a humorous hockey case would take us down such a dark path? "Goon Struck" was unexpectedly heartwrenching, horrific, devastating, and beyond intense. It had my undivided attention, and it may have changed the course for the rest of the season.   ...Read More...   https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/03/izombie-season-4-episode-5-review-goon-struck/

iZombie Season 4 Episode 4 Review: Brainless in Seattle, Part 2

That can't be the last that we see of Bruce the serial killer, right? When it was apparent that "Brainless in Seattle" would be a two-parter, I imagined that meant Liv would be on the hopeless romantic brain for two installments. I didn't expect the serial killer storyline to be wrapped up halfway through iZombie Season 4 Episode 4 .  ...Read More... https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/03/izombie-season-4-episode-4-review-brainless-in-seattle-part-2/

iZombie Season 4 Episode 3 Review: Brainless in Seattle Part 1

After all of this time, iZombiefinally did something that was long overdue. On iZombie Season 4 Episode 3 , they introduced a serial killer. This is beyond exciting. They have had so many one-and-dones, but the idea of Clive and Liv chasing after a serial killer rather than solving their case by the end of the credits is the type of refreshing content iZombie Season 4 has been nailing thus far.   ...Read More...   https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/03/izombie-season-4-episode-3-review-brainless-in-seattle-part-1/

iZombie Season 4 Episode 2 Review: Blue Bloody

If the entire season is dedicatedto exploring the intricacies and nuances of New Seattle, I, for one, cannot wait. On iZombie Season 4 Episode 2 , the case of the week initially felt standard and separate from everything else going on in New Seattle, but then it seamlessly slipped into a new unexplored aftereffect of the zombie reveal. It also became the case that drove a wedge between Major and Liv and is the catalyst for the friction that they will undoubtedly face for the rest of the season.  ...Read More...   https://www.tvfanatic.com/2018/03/izombie-season-4-episode-2-review-blue-bloody/
