ABC Renews Last Man Standing, Picks Up Minnie Driver Pilot Speechless to Series

ABC has renewed the Tim Allen sitcom Last Man Standing for a sixth season. The Disney broadcaster has also picked up the Minnie Driver pilot Speechless ( pictured ) to series. Friends alum Scott Silveri will write and executive produce the new 20th Century Fox TV and ABC Studios show, alongside Jake Kasdan and Melvin Mar.Speechless followsMaya DiMeo (Driver) a mom on a mission who will do anything for her husband, Jimmy, and her kids Ray, Dylan and JJ, her eldest son with special needs per ABC. ABC has announced its premiere schedule for fall TV 2015, kicking things off with the premiere of "Dancing With the Stars" on Monday, Sept. 14.
