When James and his wife Tokiko bought into this beachside community five years ago, they planned to turn this rustic little rancher into a fairy tale home. And since they both enjoy being outdoors so much, the renovations that needed to be done didn't seem like they would be too big of a deal. But now with two young kids and a nearby business to run, James still hasn't made any big changes to the family's small living space and Tokiko is fed up. To end this stalemate, enter our dueling duo, designer Jillian and realtor Todd. Jillian and her team will try to turn this tiny two-bedroom into a real family home, while Todd hopes to settle things by selling them a new house. Exhausted by endless arguments over their ill-fitting house, James and Tokiko will have to decide... can they love their home again or will they list it?
