'Mad Men' Season 6 photos: Jon Hamm, January Jones, Christina Hendricks all dressed up and going where?

In case you haven't heard, "Mad Men" kicks off its sixth season April 7 on AMC and the promo campaign for the new episodes is in full effect. We've already seen an illustrated poster and a behind the scenes featurette, and now we're getting a look at a few images of the cast in character. These aren't actual stills from the show -- it's way, way too early for that -- but they may provide a few hints about what's to come. It's probably safe to assume we'll see more of Alison Brie ("Community") in her recurring role as Pete's wife Trudy Campbell. And there's sure to be drama between Don (Jon Hamm), Megan (Jessica Pare), Betty (January Jones) and Henry Francis (Christopher Stanley), although it's anyone's guess what kind and how much.Instead of taking shots in the dark, we'll just let you check out the pics.... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/03/mad-men-season-6-photos-jon-hamm-january-jones-christina-hendricks-all-dressed-up-and-going-where.html

'Mad Men' Season 6 video: Cast teases unexpected surprises ahead

AMC's "Mad Men" promos are like mini master classes in elegant vagueness, and this brief Season 6 featurette continues the trend of teasing our anticipation by revealing almost nothing at all."Prepare to take a great leap forward," Don Draper says in one of several scenes from the show we've already seen. Don't expect an actual look at footage from Season 6 in the clip but do expect to hear creator Matt Weiner and stars including Jon Hamm, Jessica Pare and Rich Sommer share in extremely general terms what the season is about.Weiner promises a "real journey into learning about Don," while Hamm adds: "We've set up 60 some odd episodes of television here and we're gonna see a lot of our favorite characters doing a lot of different things."So Season 6 of "Mad Men" will have characters and things!"It's not what you think is coming," Pare teases. "It's not coming in the way that you... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/03/mad-men-season-6-video-cast-teases-unexpected-surprises-ahead.html

'Mad Men' Season 6 poster: Don Draper's two-faced tease

We're literally counting the days until Season 6 of "Mad Men" premieres April 7 on AMC, and the show's gorgeous new teaser poster only heightens the anticipation. The image of two Don Drapers, headed in different directions, is in keeping with what star Jon Hamm has hinted at in promos for the new season: "There are definitely two sides to life. The part of life that is public and the part that is private," Hamm says. "We're trying to sort of pull back the curtain."Of course, "Mad Men" fans know Don's two faces go beyond simple distinctions of personal and professional, all the way back to his roots as Dick Whitman. And last year's finale suggested Don -- who spent the season in newlywed bliss with Megan -- may be headed back to his adulterous ways. So exactly whose hand is he holding below? And what's with all the ominous elements in the background: the police,... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/03/mad-men-season-6-poster-don-drapers-two-faced-tease.html
