'Parks and Recreation' Season 6 premiere: The 5 most important developments in 'London'

Between Season 5's multiple cliffhangers and the casting shakeups announced this summer, the "Parks and Recreation" premiere had plenty of loose ends to tie up. So, did "London" deliver the goods? Let's take a look at the five most important developments in the Season 6 premiere:1. Picking up right where we left off, with Ron (Nick Offerman) realizing Diane (Lucy Lawless) is pregnant, he immediately proposed, leading to an impromptu wedding -- which very nearly killed Leslie (Amy Poehler). Not sure what was funnier: her insane reaction to the news, Ron's quip back ("Are you dead? You like you're in rictus.") or Diane's joke that her middle name was Tammy. The small, practical shotgun wedding felt so very perfect for Ron.2. After many guesses over who was attempting to sabotage Rent-A-Swag (Jason Statham? Lebron James? Akon), Tom (Aziz Ansari) discovered that the real culprit was Henry Winkler. As Dr. Saperstein, he's out for revenge on... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/09/parks-and-recreation-season-6-premiere-the-5-most-important-developments-in-london.html

'Parks and Recreation,' 'Glee' and more Thursday night premieres

Thursday, Sept. 26 is a big night during premiere week -- there are seven returning shows, two new premieres, the "X Factor" Top 40 and a partridge in a pear tree. It is preceded by a rerun of "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" premiere episode, in case you missed that the first time around. On CBS, "The Big Bang Theory" is back with Sheldon and Penny bonding time (which might be our favorite two-person combination on "TBBT"), followed by Robin Williams' return to TV on "The Crazy Ones" and Amber Tamblyn's return to TV on "Two and a Half Men" as Charlie Sheen's character's long-lost daughter. Then "Elementary" whisks us off to London where Sherlock and Watson encounter Sherlock's older brother, Mycroft (Rhys Ifans).Speaking of London, on NBC, the "Parks and Recreation" crew is... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/09/parks-and-recreation-glee-and-more-thursday-night-premieres.html

'Parks and Recreation' facing changes and crossroads

Cast departures and a prominent place on NBC's Thursday lineup make the sixth season of 'Parks and Recreation,' the-little-show-that-could, a challenging time. On a scorching August day in Studio City, Metro buses screech down Ventura Boulevard stamped with NBC advertisements boasting its revamped Thursday block: "NBC's New Family of Comedies." Best Parks and Recreation Supercut Ever: Ron Swanson's Range of Emotions

Ron Swanson loves meat, wood and meat. He's a man of few words, but when he speaks, it's the most important thing you've ever heard. No, he's not the most interesting man in the world — he drinks scotch, not Dos Equis. Parks and Recreation 's lovable grump (played brilliantly by Nick Offerman ) is about to take the next step in his life when he learns that...   //www.tvguide.com/News/Parks-Recreation-Video-Ron-Swanson-1070441.aspx?rss=breakingnews
