Mayor Gunderson becomes 'Parks and Recreation's' Season 7 biggest surprise (so far)

For all of its final season, "Parks and Recreation" creator Mike Schur has been teasing that fans' favorite faces and some surprise new ones will be making an appearance. He showed up as the deceased Mayor Walter Gunderson -- already dead in his casket. He didn't interact with the cast, but did bid Pawnee farewell in a video address.
