Pote is being tortured. He comes to. Teresa is by his bed side. She tells him he might need surgery on his hand. He sees James with her and gets angry. Teresa tells him he is with them now. She tells him she has a meeting with Ricco to talk crypto currency. Camila is angry Rocco is protecting Teresa. Meanwhile, Teresa meets with Rocco. He shows her how to use crypto currency. She likes how it works. They have a deal. They go out and celebrate. At the club, she sees a Russian girl being abused. She finds her in the back of the club. The girl begs for her help. Queen Of The South Recap 6/28/18: Season 3 Episode 2 “El Colgado”

James had been there to lend a hand at the exact moment that Teresa needed him on tonight’s all new episode of "Queen of South". It was almost too perfect that it was him that came to her rescue because James was supposed to still be in the states and so Teresa had been wary of him. James had gotten her away from danger and, after he did, she pulled her gun on because she knew she couldn’t trust him. James was once very loyal to Camila and could still be her greatest foot soldier, so Teresa kept a gun on James as she told him where to go next. She had called Pote to warn him about the danger and she arranged to meet with him at the safehouse while they try to figure out what to do next. Queen Of The South Recap 8/17/17: Season 2 Episode 11 “La Noche Oscura Del Alma”

The show begins with Teresa falling asleep at the wheel of a car and almost hitting a semi head on. She has a dream of her running as a young girl but wakes up as Kelly Anne screams. They continue to drive but are pulled over. The officer tells Teresa to step out of the car but Kelly Anne convinces him to let them go. The DEA gets word that Cole didn’t show up for work. They think they will never see he or Kelly Anne again. Teresa leaves Kelly Anne in the car and goes to meet with James. She tells him she is getting out of the business. She knows Camilla was planning on framing her. She is done. Teresa tells James to let Camilla know she has paperwork that could send Camilla to prison for a very long time. Camilla needs to let Teresa go. Teresa asks that James promise that when Camilla sends someone to kill her it won’t be him. He doesn’t answer. Camilla meets with James and her new lawyer in the visiting room. James tells her everything and Camilla says he should have drug Teresa back by her teeth. She wants James to pay her bail and then they have to find Teresa. The Villobo brothers will take care of her after that. It is too late to save Teresa. He crossed Camilla once to protect Teresa and she won’t let it happen again. Kelly Anne and Teresa stop at a gas station and Kelly Anne swipes her ID when she buys alcohol. Kelly Anne asks what Teresa’s life was like growing up and Teresa flashes back to when she was running as a child and finds a dead man bleeding in the street. Teresa response it was a wonderful life.
