  Television loves the '80s! Amazon's next show Red Oaks joins the '80s-heavy television shows Wet Hot American Summer , Halt and Catch Fire , The Americans , The Goldbergs , and Narcos . Directed by Pineapple Express 's David Gordon Green and executive-produced by Steven Soderbergh, it's the coming-of-age tale of David Myers (Craig Roberts), an assistant tennis pro spending his summer at a country club in suburban New Jersey. There's a pushy dad (Richard Kind) and a beautiful girl named Skye (Alexandra Socha), who has an even pushier dad (Paul Reiser). On Friday October 9th the first season of Amazons next original comedy series Red Oaks will debutall 10 episodes will be available for Prime members in US, UK, Germany and Austria to watch via the Amazon Video app for TVs, connected devices or mobile devices or online here.
