Episode Synopsis:  Sirens (USA) Episode 1 & 2 “Pilot/A Bitch Named Karma”- Johnny sees Theresa for the first time since taking a break from their relationship, while Hank decides who to list as his emergency contact in the series opener of this original series. A lightning strike at a church picnic gets the guys to start thinking about how there’s no justice in sickness and injury, because like it or not, the “rain falls equally on the just and the unjust.” After a discussion of karma, the guys volunteer to teach CPR to disadvantaged kids only to later be given killer Bears tickets for the same day they’re supposed to teach. Denis Leary Talks SIRENS, Developing USA Network’s First Original Comedy Series, Americanizing the British Version, and Real Life Stories Used for the Show

From executive producers  Denis Leary  and  Bob Fisher ,  Sirens  (premiering on USA Network on March 11th) is an edgy but heartfelt comedy that follows the lives of three Chicago EMTs.  They are rock stars, professionally, but they are a hot mess, personally.  The show stars  Michael Mosley ,  Kevin Daniels ,  Kevin Bigley  and  Jessica McNamee . USA Debuts Hilarious Full-Length ‘Sirens’ Trailer

A trailer for a show about EMT workers should not be as funny as USA’s new full-length trailer for Sirens . Based on a British series of the same name,  Sirens  takes us inside the world of emergency workers. The surprising part is just how well they take their grim job. From eating the cookies of a recently deceased woman to clearing the disturbing computer history of a patient, the characters approaching every situation with a light heart. Well, they are weirdly serious about who would be which  Seinfeld character, but other than that it’s all chuckles in the ambulance. Check out the trailer below.
