A winning contestant on the competition series So You Think You Can Dance has pleaded to a domestic violence charge, the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office said Thursday. Joshua Demon Allen pleaded no contest to one felony count each of willfully injuring a girlfriend after a prior conviction. Allen also pleaded no contest to assault with a deadly weapon, a glass vase. In exchange for the plea, Allen received one year in county jail, five years of formal probation and 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling.
