I enjoyed this show even if it was not very well received by some Trek fans. Was sad to see it end, but understood how it lead into the original Star Trek series.

While it is my least favorite of the Star Trek series, I still really enjoyed it. I wish it would've went on for at least one more season. I liked how it got more serialized and less episodic in later seasons. I would've like to see more of this if it would have went on longer. I do agree with a lot of people that the finale was kind of a ripoff for the Enterprise crew. 7.2/10

It was better than I expected it would be. They were smart in the design of the ship and they had less advanced versions of technologies. I didn't care for the temporal cold war and lets face it, the ending sucked. There was no reason to kill Tucker. You can't have everything. Yes, there are days I'd complain if you hung me with a gold rope!

This is the best of the the remakes from the original series. Like the stories and the acting aliens in Star Trek and Star Trek: Enterprise. Couldn't get into any of the other remakes.

Star Trek is something I love, but this one took some effort getting through. Did like how the series progressed, but not a big fan of the abrupt ending.

Enterprise was the last gasp of the old Star Trek formula - episodic with not much of an overall arc. With the advent ofonline content providers and their dense plotting and highter production values the old, episodic way of doing things couldn't last much longer for a flagship show. Fan films were getting very nearly as good.

Still, the fact that it was a prequal enabled it to see the Star Trek universe from a slightly different angle and some of the early episodes were very good. The audience figures weren't impressive, though. It has a story arc forced upon it in later seasons, which wasn't actually bad - but stumbled to an end.

For all that, it was very underrated, and some of the characters (I loved the doctor) were genuinely interesting and endearing. The stand-along episodes after the first season, where the ensemble struggled to find its feet, were probably the best.

Some fans will object to this - but if Star Trek was to remain a major franchise, it had up its game - and this is what happened with Discovery. Whatever some people think of it, it's got a budget and has brought the show into the 21st Century.
