'Survivor 2013: Blood vs. Water': The Return Of Redemption Island

And so it begins. At first glance, I’m not at all happy with this season’s premise, but we’ll have to see how it plays out. This could either be fun, or a complete train wreck. Survivor: Blood Vs. Water — Worst Premiere Ratings of All Time!

Uh oh, Survivor fans, it looks like there’s blood in the water over on CBS, as the show kicked off its 27th season down to the lowest fall premiere rating its ever seen! But we shouldn’t be worried about the show’s survival just yet. Although Zap2It reports that Survivor: Blood Vs. Water premiered down to a 2.6 ratings share among the key demo of 18-49 year olds, CBS probably won’t be voting it off the network any time soon. According to the ratings site, everyone’s favorite original reality... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/xB-UhqkPCUs/2013-09-19-survivor-blood-vs-water-worst-ratings

Survivor 2013: Who Got Voted Off Tonight?

Survivor: Blood vs. Water premiered tonight, Sept. 18, on CBS, and the 20 players hit the ground running. 'Survivor: Blood vs. Water' premiere live blog: Rupert Boneham, Colton Cumbie and more return

It's here, "Survivor" fans. The "Blood vs. Water" premiere is upon us and we are very excited. Not only does the loved ones twist add an interesting facet to the game -- the promos have already demonstrated how some loved ones would never vote against each other and others would totally do it -- but there are some awesome returning players. Will the tribe of returning players have an uber-advantage over the newbies? We hope the disparity isn't too great, that won't be very fun to watch. But we definitely have high hopes about this season. Join us here at Zap2it starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT for our live blog of all the festivities during the 90-minute premiere on CBS. All times Eastern.7:48 -- We just learned from Jeff Probst via Twitter that this is "Survivor's" 400th episode. So, that's 400 episodes of "Survivor," 500 episodes of "Big Brother" ... carry the one ... 54,000... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/09/survivor-blood-vs-water-premiere-live-blog-rupert-boneham-colton-cumbie-and-more-return.html

Who Was Voted Out of Survivor? Jeff Probst Sizes Up the Blood vs. Water Competition

Survivor  fans got their first taste of  Blood vs. Water  Wednesday night, when the show kicked off its 27th season by pairing up past players with their loved ones and having them play against each other. The episode kicked off with "Day Zero" — the new strategy of having each pair spend a night on their own before the game officially began. And within the first 20 minutes, two players were already voted out. (Don't worry, they'll still have a chance to get back in the game thanks to the reintroduction of Redemption Island.) The Loved Ones ("Tadhana") voted out Rupert's wife Laura, while the returning players ("Galang") voted out Candice.  Read More...   //www.tvguide.com/News/Survivor-Blood-vs-Water-Players-Jeff-Probst-Premiere-Voted-Out-1070623.aspx?rss=breakingnews

Jeff Probst Teases Big Twists for Survivor: Blood vs. Water

Is blood really thicker than water? That's the question Survivor will seek to answer in its 27th Season, which pits 10 returning players against their children, siblings and significant others. "We've talked for years about, could we do a loved ones scenario? But we just never felt like we had the right people," host Jeff Probst tells TVGuide.com. "I think people will be surprised that the notion, 'Could I vote out one of my loved ones?' comes into play. There seems to be a lot of people thinking, 'Oh, I could never vote out my loved one.' But I don't know."  Read More... //www.tvguide.com/News/Jeff-Probst-Survivor-Blood-Water-1070460.aspx?rss=breakingnews
