There's a 'That Guy'One guy is in the running for "drunkest night one contestant" in "Bachelor/ette" history. He is a real piece of work, tossing about the B-word and calling the girls "hos" -- not to their faces, so .... there's that. But he also gets so drunk that by the middle of the cocktail party, he doesn't remember something crappy he did earlier in the night. He also does something to Kaitlyn for which he is lucky he did not get punched, and... //feedproxy.google.com/~r/Zap2it/~3/vzVyKmOhw90/bachelorette_season_11_premiere_5_spoilers_night_one-2015-05

'The Bachelorette' is taking Amy Schumer on a date

There is some excellent news out of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Thursday (May 14), "Bachelorette" fans -- Amy Schumer is appearing on an episode in two weeks. If you aren't familiar with her work, start binge-watching "Inside Amy Schumer" right now. It's a brilliantly funny show and there is no doubt Schumer is going to make her "Bachelorette" episode one to remember. For instance, Kimmel asks Amy if she was involved with the guys and she quips, "Not as involved as I tried to be. But yeah, I got to go on a date with them. ... I was drinking, I don't know what I said."Kimmel laughs and agrees that when he appeared on Chris Soules' season of "The Bachelor," he was nervous at first, but after like five minutes, he forgot the cameras were there and also drank a little too much. The Most Important Shows on TV: Week of May 18, 2015

Which TV series will your friends (and the entire internet) be talking about this week? Stay informed—or at least be able to fake it—with SideReel's weekly guide to The Most Important Shows on TV.   The Bachelorette (Season Premiere) Monday at 8:00pm on ABC Why: Because it's The Bachelorette: Beyond Thunderdome ; two girls (and 25 guys) enter, and one girl (and one guy... presumably) leaves. Seems pretty cruel, I mean, these ladies are just looking for love in the WORST POSSIBLE PLACE and they can't even guarantee that they'll have the opportunity to humiliate themselves for an entire season! Anyway, whatever. If you're looking for girl power, go see Mad Max: Fury Road (seriously), because you ain't really gonna find it here. On the other hand, you will find men in cupcake outfits, so there's that. Prepare to talk about: Which dude has the lamest best entrance... aside from cupcake man, that is; whether these ladies would be better off on OKCupid where most people are insane but at least not cupcake costume-insane; which lady should be "lucky" enough to continue for the full season.   Keeping Up With the Kardashians Monday at 9:00pm on E! Why: Because this is the second half of the "About Bruce" two-parter, and Bruce has proven to be the most important, influential, and inwardly beautiful of the Kardashian Klan (probs because Kris wasn't his mom). Normally I'd never put KUWTK on this list, but this is a legitimately important thing. Prepare to talk about: How Bruce is the best! How all of the Kardashian women need to stop talking like sexy babies; how Ryan Seacrest is inadvertently responsible for this watershed moment of gender identity understanding in popular culture.     Late Show With David Letterman (Series Finale) Wednesday at 11:35pm on CBS Why: Because... he's David F**kin Letterman, and he's calling it quits after many, many, many years. He's the last of a dying breed, and one of the best interviewers in the business. He gave the world the Monkey Cam and Stupid Human Tricks (and my personal favorite, Will It Float?)! This is our generation's version of Johnny Carson retiring (ask your great-grandparents). Prepare to talk about: Honestly, just talk about how devastated you are, because—damn it—you should be.     Leah E. Friedman  is the editor of SideReel.com. You can follow her musings on  Twitter .

'Bachelorettes' Kaitlyn Bristowe, Britt Nilsson: The twist isn't degrading, it was 'like having a friend beside you'

Britt Nilsson and Kaitlyn Bristowe are ABC's double "Bachelorettes"in the show's forthcoming season. During the first night of the reality dating competition, the guys do the choosing as to who will be the solo Bachelorette. At the time the twist was announced, there was some criticism of having two women and giving the men the power to choose between them.Former "Bachelor" Sean Lowecalled the twist "downright degrading," though he later said he thinks he would feel the same way if it were two men competing and the women voting. The women did sign up for this, so they know what they're getting into. On a press call with Kaitlyn and Britt Wednesday (May 13), the bachelorettes were asked about the social media uproar, and both said that they don't find the twist demeaning.
