Chris Harrison Admits to Being 'Sexist' When It Comes to...

Rosemaster Chris Harrison is the high priest of Bachelor Nation. His is the final word on any matter. No one nods with more empathy when listening to a sob story. We’d never be able to identify the Final Rose without his guidance. And when he tells the rejected to take a moment and say their goodbyes, he means it. But he’s also a little biased. And he admits it. Chris talked to ABC News about the ongoing "dumpster fire" of Desiree Hartsock's two-part finale on The Bachelorette Season 9.... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/gYsp27-QEcQ/2013-07-31-chris-harrison-admits-being-sexist

Bachelorette's Chris Harrison: I Don't Know Why Des Didn’t See the Warning Signs with Brooks

It was a Bachelorette first when Desiree professed her love for one guy over the rest only to be devastatingly rejected. On the penultimate episode of the ABC reality series, Desiree and the remaining men Brooks , Chris and Drew were in Antigua to go on their fantasy dates. While both Chris and Drew each had romantic outings with Desiree that ended with them accepting their key to the fantasy suite, it was a completely different tune for Brooks. Conflicted, he headed home to talk to his mom and sister only to return and let Desiree know she wasn't the one. So where does this leave us for finale? Host Chris Harrison weighs in.       //www.tvguide.com/News/Bachelorette-Des-Brooks-1068588.aspx?rss=breakingnews

Chris Harrison on Bachelorette Finale: Should We Stay or Should We Go?

After last night’s helluva start to the Season 9 Bachelorette finale, host Chris Harrison made the ABC rounds, candidly discussing the options he and fellow show producers faced in the wake of Brooks Forester’s emotional clash with Desiree Hartsock. “What do you want and is this salvageable?” Chris says of his sit-down with Des to discuss her options post-Brooks. “Or do we just pack up our stuff and go home? That was a very real option because at this point, what do you do?” It’s a question... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/k9HBzG1IY1I/2013-07-30-chris-harrison-bachelorette-finale-leave-antigua

Bachelorette 2013 Finale Part 1 Leads to Highest Ratings of the Season

Don’t know about you guys, but at the conclusion of last night’s Bachelorette, we were in awe of ABC. In other words, once the credits began to roll, we pushed aside the wine cooler, stood up from the sofa, and slow clapped until Mistresses replaced the montage of Desiree Hartsock crying in the jungle. ABC, you did it. You really did it. We had our doubts — heck, the country had its doubts — that Season 9 would pack a punch, but you made it happen. All the teary close-ups and amped up... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/YDIGPKY_eoE/2013-07-30-bachelorette-finale-part-1-ratings

'Bachelorette' Over? Des Not Sure She Can Continue

Meanwhile, Des thought he was the love of her life. With three guys left, she'd basically already made her choice. And then it was taken away from her. How could she go on? Would she even try if it meant settling for one of the other two guys? “It breaks my heart knowing that I have two amazing, like, unreal guys who do want to love me," she said. "I just can't love them as much as I know I have to give.” And then she made an ominous premonition, saying, "Honestly, for me, it's over.” “No amount of tissues will mop up those tears. Not even a ShamWow will do the trick," wrote Eleanore Hutch of Hollywood Life. "The episode ends with NO ELIMINATION, and Des just sits at the end of the dock crying .” So what comes next? Buddy TV's Kim Stempel has no idea. She asked, " What will Des do next? Will she choose to continue with Drew or Chris? Des feels that the experience for her ‘is over' and that both men deserve more love than she can give. Does Des end up alone?” //www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/07/30/the-bachelorette-over-des-not-sure-video_n_3674173.html?utm_hp_ref=tv
