Online, sources connected to the show say producers are considering making "small but significant tweaks" to how the contestants stay in touch after they leave the ranch, but before the live finale three months later, providing more "support and check-in" opportunities during the time they are losing weight on their own. "There might be more focus on what happens to the winner after they are supposedly done with the show," says the source. There has been no official comment on any changes to the show from NBC.Dolvett Quince, Rachel's trainer on "The Biggest Loser," addressed the concerns on social media: "Please try not to look at one slice of Rachel's journey... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2014/02/the-biggest-loser-considering-format-tweaks-after-rachel-fredericksons-shocking-weight-loss.html

When Rachel Frederickson stepped onto the stage at the Season 15 finale of "The Biggest Loser" on Tuesday (Feb. 4), the reveal of her new figure was startling, to say the least.Frederickson, who was eventually named the season's winner, was revealed to have gone from her starting weight of 260 pounds to a shocking 105 pounds. With a height of 5'4", her loss of 59.62 percent of her body weight actually leaves her underweight, according to standard BMI calculations. The transformation left trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels visibly uncomfortable. It's raised questions over who was supervising Frederickson during the gap period between leaving the ranch at 150 pounds (only slightly overweight for her height, according to BMI calculations) and arriving at the finale so significantly slimmer. But for Frederickson herself, she doesn't seem to have any plans to gain any weight back.
