The Warner Horizon-produced The Lottery is set in a dystopian future when women have stopped having children, threatening extinction of the human race. When 100 embryos are successfully fertilized, a national lottery is held to decide the surrogates.
Don't like to judge to many shows as this. Some take the character development a little L O N G. And then It will pick up and make for a much better second season. However, networks will pull a show that is just starting to get good and dump it when you know it's going to be a better show next season, when every one is in sink and knows more about each other and the show.
