As a "super fan" who's seen every episode, Jake Lacy knew when he joined The Office that he would be able to do something he had never done before. "The big special thing is that you can look to the camera," Lacy tells TVGuide.com. "I'm still trying to find a balance because I'm so afraid that every take will look like I'm just staring dead into the camera for 35 seconds. They're like, 'Jake, you can't just look at the camera.
