'The Office' series finale extended by 15 minutes

The final farewell to "The Office" will last a little longer than originally planned.NBC says it's extending the May 16 series finale by 15 minutes. The episode will now run from 9 to 10:15 p.m. ET. The episode of "Hannibal" that was scheduled to air at 10 p.m. ET will still follow, but with limited commercials.Executive producer Greg Daniels said in a conference call last week that he was working with NBC to try to get some extra time for the finale: "The network's being very creative about scraping some more time together for us without us having to start the finale at a weird time that will cause half the audience to miss the first 10 minutes or something."
