The Royals Finale Recap 2/19/17: Season 3 Episode 10 “To Show My Duty in Your Coronation”

The Privy Council had proclaimed that Robert would be King of England. But Liam didn’t trust his brother. He knew that Robert could be spiteful, manipulative, and that his brother was without a doubt a pretentious snob seeing as he acted like he had been better than both Kathryn and Jasper who he deemed were mere commoners. So Liam had didn’t think his brother would make a great king. He had grown up watching his father becoming a man that the nation mourned and he felt that Robert had lacked some of Simon’s greater qualities however Liam didn’t know how to go against Robert and win. Liam had found out Robert’s secret and so he had known that his brother had let several chances of escaping the island pass on by. However, Liam hadn’t known how to correctly use that information against Robert. He had thought he could confront Robert with the truth and that Robert would admit that he had acted cowardly yet all that did was make Robert even more defensive. He had told Liam that he had gone through a lot on that island and that Liam didn’t know the full picture. So Liam had assumed that Robert was looking for an excuse and he told Robert that he had been here watching their father die all because Robert had been too afraid to come home. READ MORE...

The Royals Recap 2/12/17: Season 3 Episode 9 “O, Farewell, Honest Soldier”

Cyrus had agreed to a Privy Council. But at the time, he had told Robert that the they should rely on the Privy Council to choose the next king because neither of them wanted to cause a media frenzy or have their dirty laundry aired. So both men should have respected that agreement and not have gone back on it however Robert and Cyrus could both get dirty in their own ways. Cyrus had bribed a few men on the council with the finest/most expensive wine he could fine and he had done more to poor Lord Westcott. He had entrapped the man in a scandalous situation with a hooker and an adult diaper. However, Robert had also done a few things. He hadn’t bribed anyone or led them into compromising scenario yet he had gone out of his way to hurt and manipulate his younger brother. Robert for instance had made Liam feel so bad for himself that he instantly fell in line whenever someone in the family had asked him to do something. So Robert had simply thought he would get his way once again when he told to Liam to slander Cyrus at the Privy Council meeting. The Royals Recap 1/29/17: Season 3 Episode 8 “In the Same Figure, Like the King That’s Dead”

Liam wasn’t in a good place. He had tried standing up for himself and proving that he was just as good as his brother yet Robert managed to ruin that for him and so Liam felt like he did when he was growing up. He feels like he’s second fiddle and it hurts him to find out that the world basically thinks the same. Liam’s hashtag was no longer trending and his own family had more or less forgotten about him. But Liam has had time to reflect on tonight’s episode of "The Royals" and so he later sought his brother out. Liam went to Robert and he apologized for his behavior after the boxing match. He said that he had gotten out of line when he tried to punch Robert again however he also said that some of that anger came from living his life without Robert in it. He said that he had found himself with his big brother away and that he was a little lost. Yet, Robert was surprisingly understanding and smug at the same time. He acknowledged that his brother had probably tried to be him when everyone thought he was dead and then he said the fight didn’t matter. READ MORE...

The Royals Recap 1/22/17: Season 3 Episode 7 “The Counterfeit Presentment of Two Brothers”

Liam’s brother Robert is haunting him. He wakes from a nightmare yelling after he calls him Sparrow. The People’s Gala is here and the family is getting ready. Eleanor can’t find a bodyguard that is good enough. She blames it on bad hygiene. She has an interview with a reporter who asks her about the status of her love life. Eleanor is annoyed. The gala has started. Everyone is mingling and drinking. Liam worries about the boxing match against his brother while Eleanor takes a selfie in the ring with a man named Sebastian. She tells him she isn’t having a good day. He hopes her day gets better. Helena speaks to Willa. She wants her to find a list of proper ladies that are good enough for her oldest son, Robert. Robert gets in stage to talk to the room about the boxing match for charity, calling Sparrow up. READ MORE...

The Royals Recap 1/15/17: Season 3 Episode 6 “More Than Kin, and Less Than Kind”

The Royals had their own way of celebrating Christmas. They apparently had the staff sent things up months in advance and they benevolently let them go home to their families to celebrate the holidays however that had usually been something that Simon took care of. Simon was the one that let the staff go home early and he was there take charge in their absence. But no one had thought that they would be on their own this year because of Simon’s late passing. So Liam had sort of surprised everyone when he let the staff go home because nothing had been set up in advance and he had forgotten to forewarn anyone. However, Liam had frightened his family by forgetting to tell them anything. They had all gotten up to an empty palace and had thought it was the beginning of a Zombie Apocalypse. So they grabbed whatever they thought could be used as a weapon and were slowly searching their home for survivors when they eventually came across Liam. Liam had explained that he was carrying on the family tradition that his father had started and that he didn’t fending for themselves was going to be hard yet he didn’t know a single thing about setting up a table much less cooking a turkey so Robert had to step in. The Royals Recap 1/8/17: Season 3 Episode 5 “Born to Set It Right”

This week on The Royals everyone is preparing for the celebration of Robert’s (Max Brown) return home. Helena (Elizabeth Hurley) and Robert are having a discussion about Cyrus (Jake Maskall) and how he is going to take to the fact that Robert has risen from the dead to stake his claim to the throne. Robert asks his mother "You don’t think he’ll just go quietly do you?" Helena scoffs and says "I have kicked him off the throne, but I would throw him off the balcony if I could." Robert laughs and tells her "Now now mother be nice. He is family and this is a time for us to unite." Helena does not look happy. Princess Eleanor (Alexandra park) is still in bed when Beck stops in to see her. She asks him "What are you doing here?" He tells her "Officially I am here to be your brother’s escort for the day, but really I am here to see you." Eleanor tells him "You can’t do that." He tells her "It’s not like you have a boyfriend." The Royals Recap 1/1/17: Season 3 Episode 4 “Our (Late) Dear Brother’s Death”

On this week’s episode of The Royals Robby(Max Brown) returns home much to the shock of both Elenor(Alexandra Park) and Queen Helena(Elizabeth Hurley)They are both so shocked to see him that they faint dead away. When Elanor comes to Robby tells her "You always did make things about you." Meanwhile, Cyrus (Jake Maskall) does not seem happy about the return of his nephew. He tells him "I must make things clear. Things have changed while you’ve been gone." Liam (William Moseley) and his lady are enjoying the morning after when Jasper (Tom Austen) interrupts them. He tells Liam "You are needed at your post immediately your highness." Liam says "Jasper since when do you call me Your Highness?" Jasper doesn’t respond to the question. Instead, he repeats his request that Liam report to his post. Liam dresses quickly and dashes into the throne room to see his brother. They embrace in a deep hug. ‘THE ROYALS’ SEASON 2 FINALE RECAP: TED PAYS THE PRICE FOR KING SIMON’S MURDER

This week, it’s the final episode of "The Royals" Season 2. The mystery behind the death of King Simon has finally been solved. The Royal Family takes action against Ted Pryce (Oliver Milburne), the treacherous head of palace security, who turned out to be the late King’s murderer. Meanwhile, King Cyrus get the rug pulled from under him. The season finale of the E! original series "The Royals" is just as dramatic and explosive as the first season. Now that Jasper (Tom Austen) has seen the footage showing Ted in the act of stabbing the late King, he has come up with a plan. He shows Liam the video, and keeps the Prince calm. Liam (William Moseley) is angry at Jasper, after Princess Eleanor (Alexandra Park) told him that Jasper is a thief and a con man.
