This episode is the Halloween special. Its Weenie-Howl where kids dress up as monsters and go brick-or-eating. Eradicus hatches a plot to harvest people's scares to feed the Weeniehowl, a horrid monster that could destroy the whole city. Antagonist: Eradicus and his minions.
