just started it, and it's alright so far...typical joss whedon thing, with lots of sass and typecast characters...keeps me entertained, and brings a nice addition to the mcu

amazing imagery...the horror combined with exquisite elegance makes for a complex show...the two main characters are beautifully protrayed, and the female supporting characters all have great personalities without being the typical strong woman types...

i absolutely adored it...every character represents an ideal, and they're all understadable, even when you don't like the character itself. Maxine is a villain of the likes of Dolores Umbridge, terrifying and horrible, completely hateful, which makes her even more powerful. The oppression of the pds sufferers is somewhat cartoonish, but it cuts into the middle of the things, it makes you ache for kieren, amy and everyone else...there's realistic representation of ptsd in jem's character..the relationships between the characters is realistic: kieren and his family is not the perfect representation of family, but you can feel that they love eachother, there's also the relationship between jem and the hvf members
