Great and intriguing story at start, but went to shambles after second season, because script writers run out of ideas and half of air time had nothing to do with main story lines and side stories were about characters that had nothing to do with the story after first or second season.
Final episode was obvious "Yup, we're canceled, just close it how ever you want it, I don't care".

Easily predictable, slow moving and full of cliché, while Next is being portrayed as the big evil AI the real problem is human inaction, stupidity and the scare of world full of technology that we're living in.
In other words Samaritan would take Next's lunch money.
