The hero in this zany anime series is far from textbook. Milk-Chan has no true powers to speak of, doesn't really have any experience saving others, thinks mostly of herself first and can't quite clean up her language. But for some strange reason, the president has chosen her to save the world, even though she's not even sure she can do the job in the first place. Will Milk-Chan manage to pull off the heroic gig?
