'Game of Thrones' S7E3: The Queen’s Justice

★ ★ ★ ★

I am so excited for this third episode of GoT. After that last fight scene and the unfortunate return of Reek's cowardice, I can't wait to see what's about to happen.

OMG, Jon Snow and Tyrion Lannister are shaking hands.

Haha, Tyrion cracking jokes about marrying Sansa is hilarious.

Welp, there's a dragon. Just another thing Jon Snow has seen that nobody will ever believe.

Melisandre peeping from faraway is so true to her character. Is it bad that I'm rooting for Varys to push her off that cliff? I'm still a little salty about her burning that little girl.

Daenerys looks so baller on that throne! That name, though, is ridiculously long. Between that and this crazy narcissism she's spewing out right now, I'm getting some serious Mad King vibes. Well, at least she admitted her father is evil and apologized for that. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

If she asks him to bend the knee one more time, though...

Other characters not believing Jon Snow's story about the White Walkers should be a drinking game.

Daenerys' speech about everything she's been through has me like...

This long, drawn-out fight over egos is exactly what Game of Thrones is about, but it's kind of getting tiresome. Like, GoT used to be all nudity and murder, now it's all passive-aggressive speeches in lavish settings.

Oh great, Reek didn't drown in the water. Lying about trying to save his own sister's life... cockless coward. Oh geez, this is almost as bad as the Cersei stroll through town. The Greyjoys might be one of my favorite GoT families now.

So, the Queen of Dorne killed Cersei's daughter and now she and her daughter are gifts. OMG, this is too good!

That woman really needs to stop spitting, or spit more. I mean she's definitely going to die.

Did Cersei just agree to copulate with Euron after the war is over? Jaime looks jealous!

Yikes, that went from passive-aggressive to sexually explicit in a hot minute.

Explicitly talking about her lover's murder doesn't even rank among the top five most screwed-up things Cersei Lannister has done.

She killed your daughter because your family is terrible. Oh gosh, Cersei isn't going to kill her in front of her mother, will she?

"Lovely face cracking like a duck egg" is such a macabre description.

That kiss looks familiar. Oh gosh, Cersei is poisoning her daughter the same way the Queen of Dorne posioned hers. Forcing her to watch her daughter rot is really bad... that definitely ranks in the top five now, too.

I didn't expect that murder plot to segue into an incestuous tryst. Now she's not even bothering to hide the fact that she's hooking up with her brother.

The Lannisters are poor now? Haha, that is too rich!

Heart to heart between Jon Snow and Tyrion Lannister on a cliff? OK, I'm interested.

"You look a lot better brooding than I do." Gosh, I love him.

This "you can do the impossible, Jon Snow" speech from Tyrion is not really swaying me.

"Are you trying to present your own statements as ancient wisdom?" Bahahaha, Daenerys calling out T is the best she's been this episode.

Ooh, Daenerys definitely caught on to the fact that something is not right with Jon Snow. Almost forgot about his whole coming-back-from-the-dead thing.

Yay, two of the most popular people on this show are working together now. I wonder who will get stabbed in the back first?

Every time Littlefinger talks, I'm just waiting for him to finally reveal himself as a bad guy. Even Sansa mildly disdains him because she knows he is sneaky.

OMG, it's Bran!!! Another Stark family reunion. But, wait...

"I can never be anything. I'm the Three Eyed Raven," Bran says.

"I don't know what that means," says Sansa/everyone else watching this crazy show who hasn't read the books.

So, Greyscale can actually be cured? Or are those sores going to come back? Wow, of everyone I thought wasn't going to make it, Jorah was the most dead. And what's he doing with this miracle? Going right back to Daenerys :/

Don't shake his hand, man! Just because an elder maester says he's not infectious anymore doesn't mean it's true.

Is Sam actually getting acknowledged for doing something good? He is, but that reward is not getting kicked out.

The Unsullied versus the Lannister army! I am so ready for another epic brawl.

Oh geez, there's a lot of stabbing going on. And someone just got impaled. Wow, that was a pretty short fight scene with a whole lot of corpses.

So the fight scene was short because the Lannister army is elsewhere? Oh shoot, they're attacking the Tyrells!

That was a quick battle. I like Jaime, but I don't want him to kill Olenna.

Cersei is a disease! You tell him, girl!

Olenna even accepts her death with some dignity. Gotta respect someone who knowingly guzzles poisoned wine. Oh, shoot!

Wow, just wow. What a full-circle moment.

So, maybe there were a few boring moments this episode, but I still loved the heck out of it! What did you think? Leave your comments in the section below.

I felt the attack on Casterly Rock was too contrived, like you would send your army there without scouting and realizing that most of the army left. Grey Worm said it... "There should be more"... logic that is.

The show was beautiful, but I feel that it has largely turned into fancy dress speeches while waiting for the battle scenes where lots of people die. The 'introduction joke' was very funny, it might be the only time I LOLed the whole series.
