All Drama no Oil : this show failed to deliver what the Title Says - very disappointed as an Oil Man

Pilot was intriguing so was the cast but its lacks in overall story as a medical drama. They have not been able to really capture "Night Shift" of an emergency. The actors roam around without hair-nets in the operation theater seriously why??.

initially the show showed great potential as it portrayed some real good marketing strategies, but the current seasons is quite disappointing the story seems to be deviating from main motive
