I've loved TV since I was kid and these days I love it more than ever, and while I'm primarily into cartoons, a lot of live-action TV has caught my eye in recent years.

Castle is great, it is smart, funny, dramatic and very unconventional for a cop drama. The various cases that go down from episode to episode always find a way to be thought-provoking and varied. But it is mainly about the characters and this show gives us a well-developed bunch of people who you really feel attached to and the cast do an excellent job in their roles. The main center point is Castle and Beckett and their relationship which honestly one of the most engaging pairings I've seen on TV in a while.

I love this show and highly recommend it!

Batman: The Animated Series is something I fell in love with as a kid and these days I love it more than ever. What makes this show so great is the attention to detail when it comes to the stories, characters and presentation. This cartoon happens to perfectly encapsulate what an animated adaptation of Batman should be with an ominous atmosphere, brilliant art direction and animation, an awesome voice cast and stories that worked well for children, but more so for older audiences and fans of the comics.

This is the only adaptation of Batman you'll ever need and I hope some live-action films in the future take note of it. After the 90's children's cartoons truly went to pot with a few notable exceptions, but this is one of the shining examples of not only how to a comic book cartoon right, but just making a good cartoon show for kids in general. The show is dark, mature and so much smarter than momst shows airing these days and it is a shame that standards have fallen so far. If you haven't seen this amazing show, leave this review and watch it now.

Regular Show

Regular Show, such an amazing cartoon. I think what makes this cartoon so unique is that is so true to life with issues, characters and locations very similar to stuff in real life. However at the same time things can get pretty crazy as the fictional elements can get so crazy and the supernatural-based stuff can be super weird and disturbing. But luckily it all works thanks to the humour, and it is humour that is this show's biggest asset. The RS is continously funny with verbal and physical humour almost always on-point. And for a kids cartoon it has so much stuff that isn't meant for kids like guns, the use of the word 'death', very adult references to kissing, sex and cursing, I love it. RS is one of the most a random shows I have ever seen, just the amount of 'WTF?' moments in the show are beyond counting, somehow things just go from simple to frigging unnatural in a matter of seconds and sometimes it gets worse. But again that's the reason I adore the show so much, because it leads to some absurdly funny scenarios.

I've never laughed so hard at a TV show for a long time. This is the best kind of TV for me and it is one of the few reasons why Cartoon Network (a shell of its former self) is still alive these days. To conclude Regular Show is something I highly recommend for anyone who: 1) Are fans of Adventure Time. 2) Have lost faith in good cartoons or 3) Just fancy something weird and funny.
