This is my all time favourite comedy. The characters are so original and the storylines are so far-fetched but that's what makes it great!

I really enjoyed this show. In a way it was better than the film because it could go into more detail and had different things happening each episode. The cast were also spot on, they were all a perfect fit for their characters. It ended on a big cliffhanger before getting cancelled which is the only bad thing about it, but it's still worth a watch if you not only like the film, but in general enjoy teen sitcoms.

Excellent sci-fi show cancelled before it's time!

An amazing sci-fi show. It combines a lot of different themes and genres, and even though it was short-lived it was great (and doesn't end on a cliffhanger which is nice!)

I watched a full season and just couldn't get on board with it. It was just always trying TOO hard to be funny.

I usually love shows about supernatural creatures but after a few episodes I was still confused, not knowing what the hell was going or who was who (or what), so I didn't watch any more.

Sci-fi / British Comedy / Drama? This is the only show I know that fits into all 3 categories, which is what makes it so good. I'd recommend it to any British people just for the comedy to be honest. I stopped watching after the season two finale when my favourite character left the show, but don't let that put you off as the first two seasons are amazing!

This show is still one of a kind in regards to the relationship the show is based on. It's a mother-daughter relationship very different to anything you'll have seen in any other show. It's definitely not just another cheesy family drama. All of the different relationships seen in the show have a lot of depth that is explored throughout the entire seven seasons, which keeps it constantly interesting. Could not recommend enough, even if it doesn't look like your sort of thing or looks like a lot of what you've seen before, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I really can't rate this show enough. Absolutely hilarious and you also get very attached to the characters and their lives. Must watch for any comedy fan.
