A very good premise with the real danger lurking in the net.
Like the lead female character: good characterization, strong motives and consistency; not bad acting but nothing to remember either.
I really never think the main motivation of Lindsey was based in a total "lie" or misconception. The season finale hangout was amazing and I was hopping to see what really happened.
To bad is cancel.
This is one of my favorite shows and I really like how keeps dazzel me with stories.
The show is ending. When that happens I will write about 2 things I would like to see (Im still hopping about one) but the other two things I hoped are written right now:
1) A girls squad
The series has a lot of good characters, good, bad or neutral. But the females are the most vulnerable and expendable of the series. Yes we have Mary W, from the beggining to the end, a complete season with amara, I really cant forget "Jo" (and the epic finale) and so on.
But I really want to see more about the "girls" with maybe Jody or Claire leading the way moreover I really imagine a "spin off" with those characters.
2) More "powerfull cosmic beings"
Death. God. Amara. Other gods. Which beings Im talking about more powerful??
Maybe someone thinks "titans" Yes thats one possible scenario I thinks the "Winchester" may adress but I really was hopping, at least one season, with "primal gods": Azzathot, Yoth Sothot finishin with "chulthu"
I really think, at some point, thats the direction the series is heading!!
I love the idea of exploring the "Lovecraft mythology"
Other "crazy" idea was to have another "gods pantheon" in the scene with all the angels, demons and other catholic beings out of the picture maybe see the "real Loki" or Zeus waiking from sleep (or free from his entrapment)-
Well lets wrap this already because is crazy writing.
The only real thing here is: I will miss it a lot Supernatural!! for sure!!

Well I really like SiFi and fantasy themes and then is Jesicca in the show only cause those reasons thye have 1 star.
Now lets try to review this more seriously:
Acting:
I really like the characters, I thinks have solid fundation not all are quite well represented.
Personally like the ex guard with his obsession to solve crimes/puzzles and really good at what he does, moreover I think is the best actor.
Like the acting and character of the "brewer" I think anoying for the most but quite good the character.
Jessica, well, like all the idea behind the persona: Tormented, vengeful, powerful, confident and discovering his "destiny"; somethimes I belive those traits somethimes I don't. But must be really hard with the stuns or the green screen or other things.
1/2 of star.
Action:
Here I will address two things: Combat and Monsters.
The first, well, if you see shows like the Badlandss or Iron Fist then you will see real good combat scenes. This are short and somethimes not quite right. I really like some of the combat Jessica does with the sword or knife but not one with monsters at all.
Then "the monsters came" here we need to acnowledge the series must have low budget then the CGI will not be "state of the art" the monsters look not real and more when they intereact with actors or scenery.
No star here
The ambiance:
Here the customs, the streets, the catacombs, the tabern all the locations looks "cheap" again I look to the budget and think the do a lot of work to at least have a decent place.
The music is well placed without any "marvelous" moment. The last episodes of Dr House, Supernatural and Lucifer do wonders with music.
1/2 star.
Finally I will say about the story so far:
I really like it. As I open this review I like fantasy and I enjoy not only the personas/characters even with not a great acting to support but the way the world unfolds, the stories entwien and the profecy behind not great but fun.
Here I really miss the SiFi Dark Matter (WHY WHY IS CANCELED AND NO ONE SAVE IT), The Expanse and Supernatural have great stories, at least you keep thinking "And now what will happend?"
I too miss Shannara Chronicles and have even less acting than this.
1 star

This is a very good series to see and reflect upon. Not only for those fans of superheroes / mutants but for fans of a excellent serie.
I really like the characters the way the story unfold and, for me at least, the hidden message in the dialogs about a lot of issues more human and real for a fiction series.
Thanks for this great show hope really you keep this phenomenal work several seasons!!
I really want to congratulate the writers of this show. You are bold!! I will not say why because of spoilers and cause I want to see what you concocted for the 3rd season.
Moreover you are masters of human emotion. I think the two hour finale for season two have more emotional charge than maybe any other show I see in my life but I want to point that is a whole perfect mix: the script, the actors, the scenes, the setup and the "conclusion".
Really I enjoy all the final act for this season (even an eye drop came out at some point in the episode)
Once again really I love it. Thanks for make me feel!!
Congrats to all the actors!! And the vision of the director!!
I know a lot of people would say this show was a Sherlock Holmes with an immortal twist and a really good memory but I really love the insights that Dr. Henry Morgan do through the show.
A lot of shows try to challenge the audience with some phrases or deep thinking, few can really accomplish that and one of them is FOREVER.
Other shows with that mission, at least the ones I believe really make me think for days about the message, the introspection are PERCEPTION and JANE OF ARCADIA. Both shows with topics so interesting like the mind and god, respectively.
But the common denominator of the above TV show is: LIFE. FOREVER talks about life like an endless test of try and error, about the good and the bad, the bad and the real horror, death and the hope, the hope and the culmination of your dreams. Maybe not in an infinity time but in the short instant that the human life really is.
Thanks and ferewell.
