It took a while, but the characters grow on you, and the stories on this show are interesting. The show also handles hot button topics such as racism and discrimination, but portrayed through the crews interactions with non-human species, among others. My brother seems to love it since the first episode. I took an entire season before deciding to follow it for another one.

This show had the dystopian setting and characters I thoroughly enjoyed - and it's not impossible for this kind of future to take place! I loved watching every episode. Bummed that this show got cancelled :( someone please pick it up!!!
