Got in love with this show from the very first episode. Mostly because of Peggy, who is a wonderful female character; strong and independent without losing touch with her femininity or pandering to the unshakable "macho" type. She constantly needs to prove her worth in male-dominated worth and she does it splendidly, though at the same time she is not a stranger to love, lost and defeat. But she is not the only one worth attention, you will find many other interesting characters there, none of them one-dimensional. The plot is not exceptionally thick, but the mystery and action is there, as well as a great dose of comic relief (thank you, mister Jarvis!). And all of this neatly wrapped in charming atmosphere of the 40s! You don't need to be a fan of any superhero franchise to thoroughly enjoy this one. I'm still hoping that the series will be picked up and continued, but even if not, the story is quite contained as it is and it doesn't end with a cliffhanger, if you're worried about that.
