Ikkou tries to exorcise a spider spirit without awakening but fails. Later, the gang is assigned by Jotoku to exorcise Santa Claus on Christmas due to a train accident forty-five years ago. Sakura's recantation of the s?tra does not exorcise Santa and is forced to allow Ikkou to awaken. The gang eats cake afterwards.
