Since being given full freedom of creativity, Brenda decides to take a crack at it and insists on having the most tenuous part of the cake suspended in the air for full effect. Mary is happy to see Branda excited to work on such a challenging project. Also, Christopher Garren’s Cakes in the OC is asked to make a Rose Panel Wedding Cake and to include red, black, and white colors. Chris pushes his crew to create an outstanding cake, one which will weigh over 250 pounds when completed. Lastly, Lauri at Cake Alchemy (NYC) receives an order for a Terra Cotta wedding cake. But when the bride calls back and changes the color to drab white, Lauri has to grin and bear it, re-roll the fondant and deliver the cake that the customer wants.
