Liam Charles and Tom Allen host the series final. The three remaining teams fight tooth and spoon to be crowned the winners of the terribly tough patisserie competition. Judges Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden have set a marathon challenge for the teams: nine hours of moulding, shaping and filling, to create a lavish banquet display to serve 80 people. The contestants must make four different types of dessert and a towering showpiece combining chocolate and sugar work.
