The rig only has three days left to drill the final hole, but trouble stands in their way. Two troubled workers decide to swap shifts. Another hand with a lot of experience is hit with a pipe spinner and has to be rushed to a hospital. Later, a surprise drug test makes one worker concerned. Finally, the owners of the rig really start to lose their confidence in the workers and consider firing some of them.
