Breaking Bad's Dean Norris: You Can't Keep Hank Down

Like most of the characters on Breaking Bad , Dean Norris' Hank Schrader is a long way from where he started at the beginning of the series. Once a blowhard DEA agent who provided comic relief, Hank's bulldoglike search for the meth maker known as Heisenberg has taken the character through a dark battle with post-traumatic stress disorder and, most recently, left him bedridden after being shot by two assassins sent by the Mexican drug cartel...  //www.tvguide.com/News/Breaking-Bad-Dean-Norris-1035877.aspx?rss=breakingnews

'Breaking Bad' preview: Saul Goodman is a professional

Skyler White seems to be taking to the family business on "Breaking Bad" rather well, doesn't she?In this clip from Sunday's (July 31) episode, "Open House," Skyler (Anna Gunn) listens to a pitch from Saul (Bob Odenkirk) about how she and Walt (Bryan Cranston) should launder Walt's drug money. She's, um, skeptical. The way that Skyler has come into the fold with Walt, going back to the end of last season, has been one of the more fascinating aspects of "Breaking Bad" of late. It's added a different layer to their relationship, and it's also given the show another avenue for the bleak comedy it does so well (as demonstrated in the brief appearance by Saul's security guard in the clip). Also? We're really looking forward to more interaction between Saul and Skyler. "Breaking Bad" airs at 10 p.m. ET Sunday on AMC.... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2011/07/breaking-bad-preview-saul-goodman-is-a-professional.html

Aaron Paul Predicts How Breaking Bad Will End

Things just keep getting worse for Walter White. He's turned from a mild-mannered schoolteacher into a vicious, merciless drug manufacturer over the course of the show's three seasons (the fourth just started). He turned his protege, Jesse Pinkman into a murderer in the season three finale when he ordered him to kill competing drug dealer Gale (Dave Costabile), and he's just getting worse and worse. Actor Aaron Paul believes that Pinkman will eventually be the undoing of Walter White. In a pivotal season two scene, Walter allowed Jesse's girlfriend Jane to die of a drug overdose instead of helping her. Jesse isn't aware of this, but Paul is interested to see what happens if he ever finds out. Read More... //feedproxy.google.com/~r/tvovermind/tvnews/~3/YRTcOrcG5uU/85141

Breaking Bad Sneak Peek: Is Skyler Becoming a Criminal Too?

While Breaking Bad has chartedWalter White's journey from Mr. Chips to Scarface, Walt's wife Skyler is taking her own steps toward a similar trip. When Skyler (Anna Gunn) finally learned that Walt (Bryan Cranston) was a meth manufacturer in Season 3, she kicked him to the curb. But after further consideration, Skyler asked to come on board...  //www.tvguide.com/News/Breaking-Bad-Episode3-Sneek-Peek-1035785.aspx?rss=breakingnews

Walter Tries to Pull Mike to His Side Against Gus on 'Breaking Bad' (VIDEO)

Here's the deal on 'Breaking Bad' (Sun., 10PM ET on AMC). Mike is one scary dude. Gus is something even beyond that. Walter White? He's on his way to being a bad***, but he's just not there yet. He has the will. He even has a gun now. But he's just not intimidating enough yet. At least not to these people. Not that we think he was going for intimidation when he approached Mike in a bar and essentially begged him to put him in a room with Gus. Instead, he tried to play on Mike's human, compassionate side, which is a side none of us have seen. He also tried to use what Gus did to Vince to equate his and Mike's situation. But Mike is a loyal man, and apparently that loyalty does not know an end. We're sure there's more lurking under the surface, but we haven't been privy to it yet. We have a feeling, however, that Mr. White isn't going to "learn to take yes for an answer," as Mike suggested. //www.aoltv.com/2011/07/25/walter-tries-pull-mike-his-side-against-gus-breaking-bad-video/

DEA Chemists Taught Bryan Cranston to Make Meth for 'Breaking Bad' (VIDEO)

When it came to his role on 'Breaking Bad,' Bryan Cranston did not sample the product involved in the show to help him understand his character, though that may be more of a question for Aaron Paul. Mr. White would never sample his wares. But he did tell 'The Late Late Show' (Weeknights, 12:37AM ET on CBS) that he did learn how to make crystal meth. We suppose authenticity is important, though we're not so sure meth heads are in love with 'Breaking Bad,' or even if that is a desirable demographic, so does it really matter if the meth cooking is 100 percent accurate on the show? It is, though. In fact, Cranston said DEA chemists were consultants on the show and they took them through the process step-by-step. //www.aoltv.com/2011/07/22/dea-chemists-taught-bryan-cranston-to-make-meth-video/

'Breaking Bad' preview: Hold the phone, Skyler

After the unbelievable tension in the season premiere of "Breaking Bad," the show takes at least a little bit of a breath in Sunday's (July 24) episode. At least, that's how it looks from this preview. Sure, Walt (Bryan Cranston) spends much of the two-plus minutes inspecting, loading or waving around a pistol (the episode is called "Thirty-Eight Snub"), and he gets visibly agitated when Skyler (Anna Gunn) brings up the car wash -- where they plan to launder Walt's drug profits -- over the phone. But the prosaic details (Walt packing himself a lunch, Skyler in her bathrobe) -- and, OK, the fact that Walt smacks his head on the kitchen counter -- lighten the mood just a little bit. We're guessing, though, that probably won't last. "Breaking Bad" airs at 10 p.m. ET Sunday on AMC.... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2011/07/breaking-bad-preview-hold-the-phone-skyler.html
