Noah visits the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show in Mercedes, Texas to try "Outlaw Fries", potato chip-style fries topped with queso, bacon & sour cream; Deep-Fried Philly Cheesesteak with Monterrey jack cheese, stuffed in a tortilla; "Suicide Tacos", fried tripas, grilled beef & pork sausage, pinto beans, avocado and hot sauce in a giant tortilla. Next he arrives at the Georgia Renaissance Festival in Fairborn for "Deep-Fried PB&J Bownies", with strawberry jelly and peanut butter sauce; "FGT (fried green tomatoes) BLT"; "Ice Dream Sandwich", deep-fried corn-flake caked-battered chocolate chip cookie & ice cream sandwich; and "King's Court Conch Fritters" on a stick with remoulade.
