On the second night of a five day dinner party war, east coast party girl Danielle LeBlanc turns on the maritime charm with her fresh, east coast menu and some step dancing which has everyone up busting a move. Tasting Danielle's creations are wacky Colleen Campbell, housewife Sandra Latcham, Bay Street business man Fraser Lang and geek Tim Burns. Danielle is the queen of disorganization and she is laid back in the kitchen. After a few kitchen mishaps, she is ready to present her appetizer, steamed mussels in white wine, drizzled in clam juice straight from the Atlantic and an alternate option of stuffed mushroom caps. Following her mussels Danielle serves the guests her main, seafood lasagna. Things slowly get sloppier as she concludes her night with an Irish cream cheesecake for dessert. Will Danielle dance her way to the top? Or will her night mimic her dessert and be a flop?
