It's the second night in a week long dinner party battle and tonight's host is a vegetarian, Ali Bisram. Tasting her menu are human services manager Deb Slocum, postman Paul Van Buskirk, former model Kirsten Slind-Jaklic and skate punk Emmanuel Pena.
Ali is taking a chance and cooking for carnivores tonight. Without being able to taste all of her courses, she hopes for the best. Up first is her appetizer: a mixed green salad with pears, apples and goat's cheese. After a safe first course, Ali serves her main: glazed pork tenderloin. She concludes her night with dessert: dates stuffed with mascarpone.
Will Ali surprise her guests by cooking a tasty carnivorous main or will her guests leave feeling glad that she doesn't cook meat often.
