It's the second night of our first week-long road trip in Edmonton, Alberta and perfecting things in the kitchen is control freak Barbara Engelbart. Dining with her tonight is energetic sales rep Brett Lemay, fashionable Dajana Fabjanovich, sports car lover Philippe Renoir and esthetician Jana Kelemen. Barbara doesn't like people very much so how will she manage to get through her dinner party? After finding the time for a nap, Barbara welcomes her guests to the table and serves her trio of appetizers, meat pies, deviled eggs, and cherry tomatoes. For her main she tries to impress with roasted Alberta ranched elk but not all the guests are game. For dessert, Barbara serves something sweet, chocolate cups, berry supreme and lemon sorbet. Will a pent up perfectionist put her best foot forward or will her guests control the night with less than perfect scores?
