It's night three in a week long dinner party battle and tonight's host, pool shark Gillian Vander Vliet isn't sweating it in the kitchen. Joining her is child and youth counselor Kathy Johnston-Henry, bartender Justin Jones, self-employed Dragan Jankovic, and window dresser Heather Aube.
Gillian isn't concerned about her presentation as much as she is about having tasty food on the table. But can she rack up a great tasting menu as well as she plays pool? The guests are seated and served with the first course of the night, an appetizer; smoked salmon and pea fritters followed by the main; roulade with beet and clementine salad and whipped potatoes. Between courses Gillian clears the plates and plays an icebreaker game with her guests that gets a little personal. Finally she serves up dessert; pecan olive oil cake.
