This week's special block has some of Toronto's finest Emergency Service Workers going head to head to become the host with the most. It's the second night of a week long dinner party war and serving up an original menu tonight is paramedic Colin Copeland.
After serving his special drink, the blood clot, Colin serves his guests the appetizer: french onion soup and lemon-garlic hummus. Despite the shakes, he manages to present his main: pork tenderloin with green beans and scalloped sweet potatoes. The reindeer collector has put a lot of detail into his final course of the night: French meringues with raspberry coulis and crème brule.
Will the quiet paramedic finish the week loud and proud, or will there be a fracture causing him to fade to black?
