Complications Season 1 Episode 10 Review: Critical Condition

How many people are out to get John in Complications Season 1 Episode 10 ? Both gangs may want him dead, the police threaten to arrest him, his boss would probably like to fire him and even Gretchens sister is looking to mess him up. Needless to say, the odds are stacked against John in this season finale, but there ends up being even greater threats we never saw coming. Johns father, Gary gave him some smart advice; dont put your weapon down until the shooting has stopped, and the shooting was far from over.   Read More...   //www.tvfanatic.com/2015/08/complications-season-1-episode-10-review-critical-condition/

Complications Finale Recap: Not What the Doctor Ordered

As USA Networks Complications wrapped its freshman run, Dr. John Ellison trades one load of troubles for another. In meeting with Detective Holden and his shady-looking new partner, John declined to divulge any details until he was face-to-face with the DA with an immunity deal in front of him. Alas, John did let slip that [] //tvline.com/2015/08/13/complications-finale-recap-darius-dies-holden/

Complications Season 1 Episode 9 Review: Deterioriation

Peace is one thing but forgiveness is another thing entirely. Despite Johns best efforts in Complications Season 1 Episode 9 , it appears he cant have both. Johns flashbacks to Becky at the lake house were heartbreaking. Listening to that little girl ask why she got cancer, if things really happen for a reason and whether she only made her parents sad, literally brought tears to my eyes. No parent or child should ever have to go through such horror and helplessness.   Read More...   //www.tvfanatic.com/2015/08/complications-season-1-episode-9-review-deterioriation/

Complications Season 1 Episode 8 Review: Relapse

Dr. John Ellison is a lucky man. Hes lucky to still be alive. Hes lucky he hasnt been arrested, and hes lucky to have two strong, smart women who have his back. Complications Season 1 Episode 8 highlighted them both. First there was Gretchen and, of course, no one can doubt what a bad ass Gretchen is at this point. The woman does not back down, but its her ability to think on her feet and get things done that is truly impressive.   Read More...   //www.tvfanatic.com/2015/07/complications-season-1-episode-8-review-relapse/

Complications Season 1 Episode 7 Review: Fever

What happens when a good man crosses the line? Can he go back? Maybe, but the problem for John is that he passed that line weeks ago, and with Complications Season 1 Episode 7 , the line has disappeared from sight. When Gretchen first met Wes, I thought he seemed like the type of guy who never worried about crossing lines. I didnt realize how right I was until John started looking around that lab.   Read More...   //www.tvfanatic.com/2015/07/complications-season-1-episode-7-review-fever/

Complications Season 1 Episode 6 Review: Diagnosis

Everyone had their own little projects on Complications Season 1 Episode 6 and the Diagnosis was grim because just when you thought things couldnt get any worse for John, they did. If only the poor guy could get some sleep. After being up all night dealing with the aftermath of a gang war and doing impromptu surgery on Darius in the PT room, youd think hed ignore his phone and the door or, at least tell Detective Holden hed catch him later. But this is John and the man apparently cant say no.   Read More...   //www.tvfanatic.com/2015/07/complications-season-1-episode-6-review-diagnosis/

Complications Season 1 Episode 5 Review: Outbreak

John started out Complications Season 1 Episode 5 lounging in bed with his wife enjoying some post-coital bliss. Given the way things are going, I'd guess thats probably the last bliss John will have for a long time. CJ and Maurice getting gunned down in the drive-thru (and poor Maurice was being so good by ordering the single without cheese!) ends with more bloodshed as bullets fly and the woman who pulled the trigger got run down. It all spilled into Johns ER, once again pulling him away from Sam. At least icky Kyle wasnt lurking around this week to make sure she wasnt lonely.   Read More... //www.tvfanatic.com/2015/07/complications-season-1-episode-5-review-outbreak/

Complications Season 1 Episode 4 Review: Immune Response

The infection of violence spread deeper on Complications Season 1 Episode 4 as John found himself shadowing Darius as he beat on one of his dealers to get money to protect Antoine. Complications Season 1 Episode 3 Review: Onset

To say that Complications Season 1 Episode 3 gets complicated is one of the biggest understatements ever uttered. Who knew that trying to save one boys life could lead to so much carnage? Since this is only the third installment, Im sure its far from over. This episode picks up 15 minutes prior to where we left off, with Gretchen and Jed trying to reclaim Hillarys things from Seth. Things go from bad to worse to atrocious in a matter of minutes. First, Seth pulls a gun, then Jed breaks Seths finger and just when it looks as though they could all walk away, Seth mouths off to Gretchen.   Read More...   //www.tvfanatic.com/2015/06/complications-season-1-episode-3-review-onset/
