As the Fusion Fighters meet the Monitamon of the Warrior Zone, who have been following their exploits through the Monitamon under Nene, they learn that Blastmon's general Musyamon has taken over most of the Warrior Zone and is holding the Monitamon's princess hostage for the Code Crown. Just then, Musyamon's right hand Shurimon arrives and tries to attack the Monitamon Elder, who has yet to obtain the Code Crown for the ransom.
