When Josh was in the third grade he got his dream dog Spike, a Siberian husky. As Spike became an adult his hyperactivity became too much to handle. Mobile veterinarian Dr. Rick Garcia normally helps Cesar with emergency and routine medical calls, but now needs Cesar's help with some problem dogs.
