Vegeta is powerless due to the purple viscous liquid cloning and absorbing his powers. The liquid is revealed to be a sentient being known as Komeson, with Superhuman Water being just one of its many names known throughout the universe. Vegeta and the rest flee from the cloned Vegeta and the space bandits. Learning that the original will disappear once cloned, Goten and Trunks attempt to defeat the clone before that happens. Goku is fully recovered while training on Kaio-sama's planet. He senses that Goten and Trunks are in danger and so teleports to Goten's side and prepares to fight the cloned Vegeta.
