As Marie arrives to work late, Shareen is realizing that she has been making a lot of mistakes and not following directions; it might be time to replace Marie. Joanie agrees and they decide to place an ad for a new stylist. The next day, Shareen sits Marie down and they have a serious talk about Marie’s errors at work as well as her conflicting school schedule. Shareen tells Marie that she has no choice but to look for new employees. Joanie and Shareen begin interviewing replacement stylists, and while many were not up to the Shareen standard, one girl named Natasha seemed promising.
