Eric and the Captain head to Tunica in Mississippi, to try out meals made with turkey. Through the cotton fields and barns, avid turkey hunters Mark and Malcolm challenge them to a shoot-off. At a turkey camp, Danny cooks turkey injected with home-made recipes and then smoking it with hickory chips. Eric's mind is blown by some of the recipes he tries. They finally cook a huge turkey feast with a smoked 'BLT (bacon, lettuce and smoked wild turkey)', smoked turkey with pineapple and sundried tomatoes and a 'bang-bang' turkey, with is a blackened wild turkey with cheese grits and sweet and sour gastrique, butter-poached turkey with cranberries.
