With construction moving into high gear, Steve and Flo slow things down to go over their bulging budget and uncontrollable schedule. They soon realize that they need to do more construction work themselves in addition to doing something they never thought they'd have to do. After sorting that out, Steve and Flo hit the design stores for some shopping and get down to business with a couple DIY projects. Just when they think they've got things under control, Steve gets a call from the contractor with news that grinds everything to a halt.
