Stephen and Florence are out of money and out of patience but still have their front yard to finish. It's time for them to get creative with their curb appeal and keep their fingers crossed for a smooth sailing project. However, nothing ever seems to go as planned for the Gabriel's. With their total home reno now costing a quarter million dollars, construction dilemmas and delays simply cannot happen anymore if they are to finish with some dignity.
