Joanna helps a friend from high school find a home in Woodway, Texas, where they search for a four-bedroom abode with a large kitchen, nice garden and big backyard for two kids and two dogs. Once the renovations begin, Chip finds himself on edge after he discovers signs of previous flood damage and a costly HVAC problem.
